Friday, Sept. 21
Resisting/delaying. A 51-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of resisting or delaying a peace officer. South Park Victoria Drive and Landess Avenue. 12:44 a.m.

Saturday, Sept. 22
Drunken driving. A 39-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. South Main Street and Serra Way. 3:59 a.m.

Monday, Sept. 24
Prowling. A 52-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of prowling, commercial burglary, and resisting arrest. McCandless Drive and Great Mall. 2:56 p.m.
Commercial burglary. A 49-year-old male transient was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary. McCandless Drive and Great Mall. 2:57 p.m.
Commercial burglary. A 37-year-old male transient was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary. McCandless Drive and Great Mall. 3:03 p.m.
Court order. A 38-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of violating a court order. Arizona Avenue and Vienna Drive. 8:29 p.m.
Warrant. A 21-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for an outstanding warrant. Landess and Clear Lake avenues. 11:04 p.m.

Tuesday, Sept. 25
Domestic battery. A 45-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery. North Temple Drive and Dennis Avenue. 8:27 a.m.
Carjacking. An 18-year-old male transient was arrested on suspicion of carjacking, possession of stolen property, possession of a stolen gun, a concealed firearm, probation violation, possessing marijuana for sale, and resisting arrest. Great Mall Parkway and South Main Street. 6:49 p.m.
Under the influence. A 24-year-old Milpitas woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. North Park Victoria Drive and East Calaveras Boulevard. 11:01 p.m.
Wednesday, Sept. 26
Drunken driving. A 28-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, reckless driving, and evading a peace officer. South Park Victoria Drive. Time of arrest not listed.
Parole violation. A 27-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of parole violation. South Park Victoria Drive. Time of arrested not listed.
