Controlled substance. A 38-year-old San Jose man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and obstructing or delaying a peace officer. Interstate 880 and Dixon Landing Road. 3:38 p.m.

Drunken driving. A 67-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for driving under the influence. East Calaveras Boulevard and South Hillview Drive. 11:24 p.m.

Sunday, Jan. 15

Drunken driving. A 22-year-old San Jose woman was arrested for driving under the influence. East Capitol Avenue and Montague Expressway. 2:08 a.m.

Drunken driving. A 21-year-old Sunnyvale man was arrested for driving under the influence, and hit and run. Jacklin Road and Arizona Avenue. 4:21 a.m.

Domestic battery. A 38-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for domestic battery. North Milpitas Boulevard and Minnis Circle. 6:20 p.m.

Commercial burglary. A 53-year-old San Jose man was arrested for commercial burglary. Great Mall and Comet drives. 8 p.m.

Sex offender. A 44-year-old San Jose man was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender, and driving under the influence. Coelho Street and Coelho Court. 9:08 p.m.

Tuesday, Jan. 17

Drunken driving. A 46-year-old San Jose man was arrested for driving under the influence. South Main Street and Serra Way. 12:11 a.m.

Methamphetamines. A 21-year-old male transient was . Jacklin Road at Highway 680. 11:39 a.m.

Illegal firearm possession. A 53-year-old Milpitas man was . Jacklin Road at Highway 680. 11:39 a.m.

Under the influence. A 53-year-old San Jose man was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance. North Milpitas Boulevard and Dixon Road. 10:28 p.m.

Wednesday, Jan. 18

Controlled substance. A 27-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. South Abel and Main streets. 12:16 a.m.

Outstanding warrant. A 32-year-old Sacramento woman was arrested for an outstanding warrant. South Abbott Avenue and West Calaveras Boulevard. 3:28 a.m.

Controlled substance. A 31-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and parole violation. Evening Star Court and West Capitol Avenue. 2:54 p.m.

Stolen vehicle. A 33-year-old San Jose man was arrested for driving a stolen vehicle. Evening Star Court and West Capitol Avenue. 2:59 p.m.

Under the influence. A 57-year-old male transient was arrested for riding a bicycle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. South Abel Street and Serra Way. 10:43 p.m.

Public intoxication. A 35-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for being drunk in public. Milmont Drive and Dixon Landing Road. 11:25 p.m.

Child molestation. A 21-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for child molestation. Shirley and Edsel drives. 11:52 a.m.

Stolen vehicle. An 18-year-old San Jose man was . Barber Lane and Bellew Drive. 1:49 p.m.

Petty theft. A 64-year-old Sunnyvale woman was arrested for petty theft. North Milpitas and East Calaveras boulevards. 3:58 p.m.

Friday, Jan. 20

Public intoxication. A 25-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for being drunk in public. Fair Hill and North Temple drives. 12:56 a.m.

Marijuana. A 28-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for possessing more than an ounce of marijuana. West Calaveras Boulevard and Butler Street. 1:48 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 21

Drunken driving. A 41-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for driving under the influence. Donahe and Tramway drives. 2:16 a.m.

Drunken driving. A 27-year-old Colma man was arrested for driving under the influence. South Park Victoria Drive and Landess Avenue. 3:02 a.m.        

Drunken driving. A 63-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for driving under the influence. Coyote Steet and Redwood Avenue. 9:15 p.m.

Prowling. A 19-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for prowling and vandalism. Railroad Avenue and Railroad Court. 1:34 a.m.

Prowling. A 19-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for prowling and having a suspended driver’s license. Railroad Avenue and North Main Street. 1:42 a.m.

Prowling. A 38-year-old Ripon man was arrested for prowling, vandalism and having a suspended driver’s license. South Main Street and Montague Expressway. 3:37 a.m.

Attempted robbery. A 19-year-old San Jose man was arrested for attempted robbery. Great Mall Drive. 2:22 p.m.
