Vandalism, burglary, illegal drugs, and drunken driving among recent arrests made by police in Milpitas.

Thursday, Jan. 26

Drunken driving. A 31-year-old Newark man was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving. North Park Victoria and Bolton drives. 3:16 a.m.

Outstanding warrants. A 44-year-old Mountain House man was arrested for two outstanding warrants. West Capitol Avenue and South Able Street. 10:48 p.m.

 

Sunday, Jan. 29

Domestic violence. A 40-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. E. Calaveras Boulevard and North Temple Drive. 3:31 a.m.

Vandalism. A 26-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of vandalism. Solar Court and Canton Drive. 11:06 a.m.

 

Monday, Jan. 30

Controlled substance. A 50-year-old San Jose woman was , possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic needle, burglary, and possession of stolen property. Wrigley Way and Sinclair Frontage Road. 4:40 a.m.

Burglary. A 38-year-old Milpitas woman was , and possession of burglary tools. 4:20 a.m.

 

Tuesday, Jan. 31

Controlled substance. A 27-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamines, and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. Capitol Avenue. 4:31 p.m.

 

Wednesday, Feb. 1

Commercial burglary. A 50-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary. Clear Lake Avenue and Big Basin Drive. 8:50 a.m.

Controlled substance. A 58-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wilson Way and North Milpitas Boulevard. 11:40 a.m.

Controlled substance. A 47-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamines, and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. Wilson Way and North Milpitas Boulevard. 11:40 a.m.

Meth. A 42-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamines. Wilson Way and North Milpitas Boulevard. 11:40 a.m.

Meth. A 34-year-old Milpitas woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamines, and parole violation. Creighton Court and Dempsey Road. 12:40 p.m.

Petty theft. A 40-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of petty theft. East Calaveras Boulevard and Town Center Drive. 5:57 p.m.

Domestic violence. A 26-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence, false imprisonment, and making terrorist threats. Yosemite Drive and Dempsey Road. 6:14 p.m.

Stun gun. A 38-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a stun gun by a felon, possession of methamphetamines, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. South Abbott Avenue and West Calaveras Boulevard. 6:34 p.m.

Petty theft. A 25-year-old Concord woman was arrested on suspicion of petty theft with priors, and commercial burglary. Great Mall and Comet drives. 7:38 p.m.

 

Friday, Feb. 3

Meth. A 39-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamines, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and parole violation. North Abbott and Chestnut avenues. 7:45 p.m.

Parole violation. A 35-year-old male transient with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of parole violation, falsely impersonating another person, providing false identification to a peace officer, commercial burglary, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being under the influence of a controlled substance. North Abbott and Chestnut avenues. 7:57 p.m.

Commercial burglary. A 27-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary, petty theft, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Great Mall and Falcon drives. 8:32 p.m.

Public intoxication. A 41-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. Selwin Drive and Dempsey Road. 10:03 p.m.

 

Saturday, Feb. 4

Drunken driving. An 18-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving. Great Mall Drive and Great Mall Parkway. 12:04 a.m.

Domestic violence. A 21-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. North Abbott Avenue and Glenmoor Circle. 3:17 a.m.

Commercial burglary. A 39-year-old San Jose woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary, possession of burglary tools, possession of a stolen vehicle, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and possession of drug paraphernalia (glass pipes). Great Mall Drive and Montague Expressway. 2 p.m.

Suspended license. A 51-year-old Santa Clara man with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license, and failure to show evidence of auto insurance. Sinnot Lane and South Main Street. 8:10 p.m.

Drunken driving. A 29-year-old Folsom woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, and driving with a suspended license. McCandless Drive and Montague Expressway. 11:48 p.m.

 

Monday, Feb. 6

Stolen vehicles. A 20-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of driving a stolen vehicle (three counts), auto burglary, possession of stolen property, and probation violation. Dixon Landing Road and North McCarthy Boulevard. 9:41 a.m.
