Tuesday, Jan. 3

Disturbing the peace. A 29-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested for disturbing the peace. South Main Street and Curtis Avenue. 10:40 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 5

Under the influence. A 30-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance. Starlite and Fallen Leaf drives. 2:45 p.m.

Friday, Jan. 6

Stolen property. A 22-year-old San Jose man was arrested for possession of stolen property, possession of a concealed weapon, possession of a dirk or dagger, and parole violation. Great Mall Drive and South Main Street. 1:35 p.m.

Burglary tools. A 27-year-old San Jose man was arrested for possession of burglary tools. Great Mall Drive at South Main Street. 2:37 p.m.

Petty theft. A 35-year-old Santa Fe, N.M., man was arrested for petty theft. East Calaveras Boulevard and Town Center Drive. 6:01 p.m.

Drug paraphernalia. A 34-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a concealed dirk or dagger. Dempsey Road at Dempsey Way. 7:28 p.m.

Armed robbery. A 24-year-old San Jose man with three outstanding warrants was arrested for armed robbery, kidnapping and false imprisonment. Sussex Place. 10:22 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 7

Drunken driving. A 25-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Great Mall Parkway and South Main Street. 2:23 a.m.

Reckless driving. A 21-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested for reckless driving with a blood alcohol level of more than .08 percent. Dempsey Road and Yosemite Drive. 9:37 a.m.

Theft. A 19-year-old Milpitas man with two outstanding warrants was arrested for theft, possession of more than an ounce of marijuana, domestic violence, and vandalism. Dixon Landing Road at Milmont Drive. 1:35 p.m.

Unsafe speed. A 49-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested for driving at an unsafe speed, possession of a controlled substance, and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Shiloh Avenue and Seacliff Drive. 2:48 p.m.

Criminal threat. A 43-year-old male transient was arrested for making a criminal threat, possession of a gun, and vandalism. North Milpitas Boulevard and Dixon Landing Road. 5:52 p.m.

Sunday, Jan. 8

Replica firearm. A 24-year-old Fremont man with an outstanding warrant was arrested for altering a replica firearm to make it appear real. Great Mall Drive and Great Mall Parkway. 7:18 p.m.

Domestic battery. A 19-year-old Mountain View woman was arrested for domestic battery. Great Mall Parkway and Mustang Drive. 7:18 p.m.

Monday, Jan. 9

Grand theft. was arrested for grand theft, possession of stolen property, possession of burglary tools, criminal conspiracy, and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Shirley and Edsel drives. 4:16 a.m.

Indecent exposure. A 32-year-old Milpitas man . 1100 block of E. Calaveras Boulevard. 7:13 a.m.

Controlled substance. A 33-year-old Fremont man with an outstanding warrant was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Mill Creek Road. 1:45 p.m.

Vandalism. A 26-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for vandalism. Chewpon Avenue and Dempsey Road. 10:35 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 12

Public intoxication. A 21-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested for being drunk in public. Dempsey Road and Yosemite Drive. 3:26 a.m.

Drunken driving. A 34-year-old San Jose woman was arrested for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level of more than .08 percent. Dempsey Road and Edsel Drive. 3:40 a.m.

Public intoxication. A 37-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for being drunk in public, and with having a blood alcohol level of more than .08 percent. Dempsey Road and Yosemite Drive. 3:57 a.m.

Forgery. A 20-year-old Oakland woman was arrested for check forgery and theft. Landess and Clear Lake avenues. 5:15 p.m.

Child endangerment. A 28-year-old Milpitas woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested for child endangerment. Traughber Street and North Park Victoria Drive. 6:48 p.m.

Public intoxication. A 26-year-old Milpitas man with two outstanding warrants was arrested for being drunk in public. South Main Street and Serra Way. 11:43 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 14

Under the influence. A 29-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance. South Park Victoria and Canton drives. 12:47 a.m.

Probation violation. A 24-year-old San Pablo man was arrested for probation violation. South Abbott Avenue and West Calaveras Boulevard. 1:32 a.m.

Drunk driving. A 28-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for driving under the influence. Starlite Drive and West Capitol Avenue. 3:30 a.m.

Public intoxication. A 24-year-old San Jose man was arrested for being drunk in public. South Park Victoria and Canton drives. 3:36 a.m.

Commercial burglary. A 37-year-old San Jose man was arrested for commercial burglary and criminal conspiracy. North Milpitas Boulevard and Beresford Court. 1:09 p.m.

Suspended license. A 28-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested for driving with a suspended license. Dempsey Road and Landess Avenue. 12:59 a.m.
