Drunk in public. A 20-year-old San Jose woman was arrested at Altamont Drive and Escuela Parkway. 4:08 a.m.

Possession of a controlled substance for sale. A 44-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for having and transporting (or offering to transport, furnishing, give away) a non-narcotic controlled substance in order to sell it. Manfred and Levin streets. 3:48 p.m.

Under the influence of a controlled substance. A 19-year-old Fremont man was arrested at Jacklin Road and North Milpitas Boulevard. 9:16 a.m.

Trespassing. A 22-year-old homeless woman was arrested at Glacier and South Park Victoria drives. 2:46 a.m.


Tuesday, July 5

Under the influence of a controlled substance. A 43-year-old San Jose man was arrested near Columbus Drive and Kizer Street. 3:21 p.m.

Assault with a deadly weapon. Two men, a 21-year-old from San Jose and a 20-year-old from Mountain View, were arrested near Edsel and South Park Victoria drives. Additional charges included: threats, challenge to fight, assault/battery, gang activity. 12:32 a.m.


Monday, July 4

Domestic violence. A Milpitas woman was arrested for a DUI, hit and run and domestic violence. Nieves Street and North Hillview Drive. 11:28 p.m.

Parole violation. A 49-year-old homeless man was arrested at South Main Street and Serra Way. 5:45 p.m.

Resisting and obstructing an officer. A 45-year-old Milpitas man was arrested near Calaveras and Evans roads. 3:42 p.m.

Driving under the influence. A 23-year-old San Jose man was arrested near Jacklin Road and I-680. He had no prior DUI on his record. 9:16 a.m.

Driving under the influence. A 21-year-old Milpitas man was arrested near North Park Victoria and Park Heights drives. He had no priors. 4:43 a.m.

Possession of crack cocaine. A 45-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested near Columbus Drive and Kizer Street. 1:36 a.m.

Drunk in public. A 21-year-old Milpitas man was arrested near Terra Mesa Way and Jurgens Drive. 12:52 a.m.


Sunday, July 3

Driving under the influence. A 66-year-old Milpitas man was arrested at Calaveras Blvd and I-680. He had one prior DUI from 2003. 10:58 p.m.

Driving with a suspended or revoked license. A 23-year-old San Jose man was arrested at Dempsey Road and Dempsey Way. 8:43 a.m.

Obstruction of an officer. A 31-year-old man from Oregon was arrested for obstructing an officer and providing a false name. Clear Lake and Landess avenues 2:16 a.m.

Driving under the influence of drugs. A 20-year-old San Jose man was arrested near West Calaveras Boulevard and I-880. He had no prior DUIs. 1:56 a.m.

Driving under the influence. A 25-year-old Antioch man was arrested near Centre Pointe and Great Mall drives. He had no prior DUIs. 12:39 a.m.

 

Saturday, July 2

Domestic violence. A 27-year-old San Jose man was arrested at the Milpitas police station at 3:55 p.m.

Possession of a controlled substance (without a prescription, non-narcotic). A 40-year-old Milpitas man was arrested at his residence near Burley and Bixby Drives. Additional charges included: possession of marijuana. 8:06 a.m. He also was charged with disorderly conduct in court. 

Under the influence of a controlled substance. A 23-year-old Milpitas man was arrested at Regional Medical Center of San Jose. 2:02 a.m.

A 20-year-old Milpitas man was arrested at his residence near Calle Oriente and Evans Road. 1:31 a.m.

 

Friday, July 1

Drunk in public. A 56-year-old San Jose man was arrested at East Capitol Avenue and Montague Expressway. 10:27 p.m.
