Monday

Vandalism. A 24-year-old man was arrested at Ranch Drive and McCarthy Boulevard. 1:06 p.m.

Domestic violence. A 38-year-old Milpitas man was arrested at North Milpitas and Wilson Way. 9:53 p.m.

Multiple charges. A 34-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of felony evading, possession of a deadly weapon other than a firearm, residential burglary, possession of a stolen vehicle, assaulting a police officer, resisting an officer and being involved in an accident that resulted in an injury to a person other than himself. 2:46 p.m.

Driving under the influence. A 30-year-old San Jose man was arrested for DUI at 11:28 p.m. He had no prior DUI. Great Mall Parkway and Landess Avenue. 

Violating probation. A 26-year-old man was arrested for allegedly violating probation. Perry Street and Canton Drive. 11:09 p.m. 

Multiple charges. A 19-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, conspiracy, vandalism and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. South Main Street and Curtis Avenue. 5:29 p.m.

Forgery and fraud. A 25-year-old San Jose man was arrested at East Calaveras Boulevard and South Temple Drive. 4:40 p.m.

Drug charges. A 27-year-old San Jose man who was released from custody on bail was arrested on suspicion of possessing and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Penitencia Street and North Abel Street. 10:21 a.m.

Driving under the influence. A 22-year-old San Jose man was arrested for a DUI with no priors at 1 a.m. South Milpitas Boulevard and Yosemite Drive. 

Drug charges. A 31-year-old Milpitas man on parole was arrested on suspicion of transporting controlled substances. Evening Star Court and West Capitol Avenue. 10:42 a.m. 

Driving with a suspended license. A 21-year-old Santa Clara man was arrested  at Great Mall Drive and South Main Street. 8:28 p.m.

Multiple charges. A 58-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of battery of a police officer, resisting arrest and possessing marijuana. South Main Street and Serra Way. 12:49 a.m.

Driving under the influence. A 24-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for a DUI at 2:35 a.m. Mihalakis and South Main streets. 

Multiple charges. A 32-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on suspicion of possessing and being under the influence of a methamphetamine, encouraging a minor to committing a crime and being armed with a firearm during an act of a felony. North Abel Street and Weller Road. 7:54 p.m. 

Domestic battery. A 51-year-old Milpitas man was arrested at Uvas and Coyote streets. 12:13 a.m. 

Public intoxication. A 24-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for being drunk in public. Corinthia Drive and Martil Way. 1:52 a.m. 

Multiple charges. A 31-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Roswell and Canton drives. 8:41 a.m.

Public intoxication. A 35-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for being drunk in public. Sunnyhills Court and Dixon Road. 5:37 p.m.

Driving under the influence. A 37-year-old Modesto man was arrested for DUI and reckless driving at 7:32 p.m. East Calaveras Boulevard and South Hillview Drive. 

Public intoxication. A 42-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for being drunk in public. North Abbott Avenue and Walnut Drive. 11:37 p.m.

Multiple charges. Three San Francisco women, two 19-year-olds and a 22-year-old, were arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary and conspiracy. The 22-year-old was also arrested for tempering with her car's tail lamps to make it difficult to read the license plate. Great Mall Drive and South Main Street. 5 p.m.

Multiple charges. A 34-year-old San Jose man who was released from custody on bail was arrested on suspicion of possessing marijuana, stealing a vehicle and driving with a suspended license. Landess and Morrill avenues. 1:30 p.m. 

Stolen vehicle. A 30-year-old Tracy woman who was released from custody on bail was arrested on suspicion of possessing a stolen vehicle. Landess and Morrill avenues. 1:30 p.m.

Public intoxication. A 35-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public and resisting arrest. Barber Lane and McCarthy Boulevard. 12:32 a.m.

Domestic violence. A 35-year-old Milpitas man was arrested at Dempsey Road and Yosemite Drive. 7:53 a.m.

Battery. A 28-year-old Watsonville man was arrested for battery  and allegedly threatening to commit a crime. East Calaveras and Milpitas boulevards. 12:34 p.m.

Public intoxication. A 57-year-old Carmichael man was arrested for being drunk in public. Great Mall Parkway and Comet Drive. 2:59 p.m.

Drug charges. A 33-year-old San Jose man was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance. Kennedy Drive and Lynn Avenue. 10:46 p.m.

Drug charges. A 33-year-old San Jose man on parole was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine and marijuana. South Main Street and Great Mall Parkway. 12:23 a.m.

Multiple charges. A 32-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of robbery and assault/battery. Spindrift Avenue in San Jose. 10:47 a.m.
