Monday, March 7

Driving under the influence. A 41-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for DUI, resisting and obstructing a police officer and driving without a valid driver’s license. Los Coches Street and South Hillview Drive. 4:39 p.m.

Tuesday, March 8

Interfering with lawful business. A 63-year-old man was arrested at 10 a.m. North Milpitas Boulevard and East Calaveras Boulevard.

Burglary. A 21-year-old Bel Monte woman was arrested at Great Mall Drive and Montegue Expressway. 5:30 p.m.

Wednesday, March 9

Drug charges. A 41-year-old Mountain View man was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Burgens and Milmont drives. 3:12 a.m.

Public intoxication. A 43-year-old Milpitas man was arrested at South Main Street and Serra Way for being drunk in public. 12:05 a.m.

Public intoxication. A 43-year-old Milpitas man was arrested at South Park Victoria Drive and Dempsey Road for being drunk in public. 8:47 p.m.

Thursday, March 10

Driving under the influence. A 42-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested at 2:45 p.m. for DUI and driving with a suspended license. North Milpitas Boulevard and Wilson Way.

Driving under the influence. A 60-year-old Milpitas man was arrested at 12:58 a.m. for DUI and driving with a suspended license. South Park Victoria Drive and Canton Drive.

Petty theft. A 23-year-old man was arrested at Montague Expressway. 3:55 p.m.

Under the influence of a controlled substance. A 23-year-old Fremont man was arrested on suspicion on being under the influence of a controlled substance. Fallon Drive and Great Mall Parkway. 6:59 a.m.

Violation of protective order. A 19-year-old San Jose woman was arrested at Great Mall Parkway and South Main Street. 11:31 p.m. 

Public intoxication. A 43-year-old Milpitas man was arrested at North Milpitas Boulevard and Sunnyhills Drive for being drunk in public. 9:27 p.m.

Friday, March 11

Domestic battery. A 44-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of domestic abuse. Selwyn Drive and Dempsey Road. 11:52 p.m.  

Saturday, March 12

Multiple charges. A 21-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, possessing alcohol under the age of 21, disturbing the peace, committing a hit and run and possessing cocaine for sale. South Temple Drive and Junipero Drive. 10:20 p.m.

Drug charges. A 26-year-old man was arrested for allegedly selling controlled substances to minors. Arizona Avenue and Dixon Drive. 8:14 p.m.

Driving under the influence.  A 29-year-old San Francisco man was arrested at 4:27 a.m. for DUI. He had no prior DUI arrests. Jacklin Road and North Park Victoria Drive.  

Multiple charges. Two Milpitas men, ages 23 and 20, were arrested on suspicion of robbery, burglary, conspiracy and resisting a police officer. The 23-year-old was also arrested for committing assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, and the younger man for committing assault with a deadly weapon and battery. Town Center Drive and East Calaveras Boulevard. 1:26 a.m.

Sunday, March 13

Driving under the influence.  A 25-year-old Mountain View man was arrested at 12:07 a.m. for DUI. He had no prior DUI arrests. Dempsey Road and Landess Avenue.

Domestic violence. A 51-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for allegedly inflicting harm upon his spouse at Rainbow Place and Metropolitan. 10:43 a.m.

No arrest information is available for March 14-15 so far.
