Public intoxication. A 57-year-old homeless woman was arrested for being drunk in public in the early hours of the morning. Fanyon Street and Kennedy Drive.

Monday, May 30

Public intoxication. A 20-year-old Stockton woman was arrested for being drunk in public. South Main Street and Corning Avenue. 1:09 a.m.

Sunday, May 29

Outstanding warrant. A 50-year-old Castro Valley woman was arrested for previous charges of being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. South Milpitas Boulevard and Turquoise. 11:26 p.m.

Driving under the influence. A 33-year-old Sunnyvale man was arrested at Barber Lane and Alder Drive at 8:51 p.m. He had no prior DUIs.

Saturday, May 28

Driving under the influence. A 23-year-old Milpitas man was arrested near McCarthy Boulevard and 237 in the early hours of the morning. He has one previous DUI.

Public intoxication. A 24-year-old man was arrested for being drunk in public and obstructing an officer. McCarthy Boulevard and Ranch Drive. 3:25 a.m.

Friday, May 27

Domestic violence. A 29-year-old Milpitas man was arrested near Park Heights and North Park Victoria drives at 9:38 p.m.

Possession of stolen property. A 40-year-old homeless man was arrested near Glacier and South Park Victoria drives at 1:04 p.m.

Outstanding warrant. A 46-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for previous charges of being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. North Milpitas Boulevard and Minnis Circle. 12:17 p.m.

Outstanding warrant. A Milpitas man was arrested at 7:31 a.m. at his home for conspiring to commit a crime with at least one other person. Tramway Drive and Flume Court.

Outstanding warrant. A 18-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested at 7:15 a.m. at her home for conspiring to commit a crime with at least one other person. Glenmoor Circle and North Abbott Avenue.

Thursday, May 26

Burglary and drug related charges. A 40-year-old Fremont felon was arrested for possession of stolen property and burglary tools, possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed firearm. Dempsey Rd and Dempsey Way. 1:01 a.m.

Wednesday, May 25

Indecent exposure. A 38-year-old Milpitas man was arrested at S. Park Victoria and Clear Lake Court at 8:27 p.m.

Drug related charges. A 22-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Jacklin Road and 680. 3:22 a.m.
