Reckless driving. A 26-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested for reckless driving. Corning Avenue near Palmer Street. 9:50 a.m.
Public intoxication. A 29-year-old San Jose man was arrested for being drunk in public. Parvin Drive at Escuela Parkway. 12:05 a.m.
Marijuana. A 31-year-old East Palo Alto man was arrested for possession and transportation of marijuana for sale. Dempsey Road at Dempsey Way. 11:57 p.m.
Marijuana. A 37-year-old Oakland man was arrested for possession and transportation of marijuana for sale and fraudulently representing a medical condition. Dempsey Road at Dempsey Way. 11:57 p.m.
Marijuana. A 36-year-old Fremont man was arrested for possession and transportation of marijuana for sale. Dempsey Road at Dempsey Way. 11:57 p.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 2
Drunken driving. A 21-year-old San Jose man was arrested for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. Canton and South Park Victoria drives. 12:14 a.m.
Drunken driving. A 33-year-old Los Angeles man was arrested for driving under the influence and for not having a driver license. South Main Street at Corning Avenue. 3:01 a.m.
Marijuana. A 46-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested for illegal cultivation and possession of marijuana. Dempsey Road at Dempsey Way. 7:35 a.m.
Suspended license. A 39-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested for driving with a suspended license and for having a broken light over the vehicle’s rear license plate. Dempsey Road at Dempsey Way. 7:46 p.m.
Public intoxication. A 54-year-old San Jose man was arrested for being drunk in public. Great Mall and Falcon drives. 10:49 p.m.
Thursday, Nov. 3
Under the influence. A 29-year-old Stockton woman was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and providing false identification to a peace officer. Roswell and Yosemite drives. 12:30 a.m.
Theft. A 30-year-old Stockton man with an outstanding warrant . Roswell and Yosemite drives. 12:30 a.m.
Theft. A 42-year-old Stockton man was arrested for attempted grand theft, conspiracy, possession of burglary tools, and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Roswell and Yosemite drives. 12:30 a.m.
Registration. A 39-year-old Fremont man was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender. McCarthy Boulevard at Ranch Road. 3:40 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 4
Domestic violence. A 36-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested for spousal abuse. Country Club Drive at Cervantez Court. 12:08 a.m.
Possession. A 54-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Calle Oriente and North Park Victoria Drive. 12:33 a.m.
Drunken driving. A 37-year-old Santa Rosa man was arrested for driving under the influence. Tasman Drive at Interstate 880. 12:54 a.m.
