Under the influence. A 33-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license. McCandless Drive near Montague Expressway.
Possession. A 34-year-old Los Molinos woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. South Main Street at East Carlo. 10:52 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 4
Theft. An 18-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on two counts of petty theft and larceny and providing false identification to a peace officer. Great Mall Drive and Main Street. 10:10 p.m.
Parole. A 32-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested for parole violation. East Brokaw Road and Bering Drive, San Jose. 8:15 p.m.
Under the influence. A 33-year-old San Jose man was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance. East Brokaw Road and Bering Drive, San Jose. 8:15 p.m.
Domestic violence. A 36-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested for spousal abuse with visible injury. Country Club Drive and Cervantez Court. 12:08 a.m.
Saturday, Nov. 5
Drunken driving. A 19-year-old San Jose woman was arrested for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level of .08 or more. Calaveras Boulevard at Carlo Street. 12:31 a.m.
Possession. A 24-year-old San Jose man was arrested for possession and being under the influence of a controlled substance and delaying a peace officer. Carlsbad Street at Yosemite Drive. 12:53 a.m.
Drunken driving. A 46-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level of .08 or more. Dixon Road at Sunnyhills Drive. 10:26 p.m.
Drunken driving. A 25-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level of .08 or more. Rose Drive at Fontainbleu Avenue. 11:40 p.m.

Drunken driving. A 25-year-old San Jose woman was arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, and possession of drug paraphernalia. East Calaveras Boulevard and North Temple Drive. 1:35 p.m.
Carjacking. , hit-and-run, driving with a suspended license, driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 percent or higher, resisting arrest and felony possession of a gun. Curtis Drive and Main Street. 7:05 p.m.

Theft. A 52-year-old San Jose woman was arrested for petty theft with priors, driving without a license, and failure to appear in court on a previous matter. Great Mall Drive and Main Street. 7:41 p.m.
Possession. A 30-year-old San Jose woman was arrested for possession of concentrated cannabis and possession of a controlled substance. North Main and East Carlo streets. 10:11 p.m.

Public intoxication. A 56-year-old San Jose man was arrested for being drunk in public. North Milpitas Boulevard near Midwick Drive. 3:51 p.m.
Theft. A 40-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested for petty theft with a prior and burglary. South Park Victoria Drive near the Rite Aid store. 2:09 p.m.
