Thursday, Oct. 13
Sex offender. A 58-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failing to register as a sex offender. North Abel Street and Marylinn Drive. 6:44 a.m.

Outstanding warrant. A 28-year-old San Mateo man with an outstanding warrant was arrested for petty theft, driving with a suspended license and failing to provide evidence of auto insurance. Great Mall Drive at South Main Street. 9:07 p.m.

Public intoxication. A 34-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for being drunk in public at Dixon Road and Milpitas Boulevard. 12:03 p.m.
Theft. A 32-year-old San Jose man was arrested for petty theft with a prior and a warrant for parole violation. Great Mall and Falcon drives. 5 p.m.
Theft. A 23-year-old San Jose woman was arrested for petty theft. Great Mall and Falcon drives. 5:19 p.m.

Public intoxication. A 29-year old Milpitas woman was arrested for being drunk in public. Junipero Drive and South Abel Street. 10:35 a.m.
Public intoxication. A 54-year-old male transient was arrested for being drunk in public. Jacklin Road at Arizona Avenue. 2 p.m.
Outstanding warrants. A 26-year-old San Jose man with three outstanding warrants was arrested for child endangerment and assault with a deadly weapon. Barber Lane and McCarthy Boulevard. 6:04 p.m.
Sunday, Oct. 16
Outstanding warrant. A 21-year-old San Jose woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested for petty theft and larceny. South Main Street and Curtis Avenue. 3:40 p.m.
Monday, Oct. 17
Outstanding warrant. A 49-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested for violating a court restraining order and driving with a suspended license. Ames Avenue and Sinclair Frontage Road. 12:56 a.m.
Under the influence. A 24-year-old Fremont woman was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance. South Abbott Avenue and West Calaveras Boulevard. 12:56 a.m.

Drunk driving. A 20-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for driving under the influence at Boulder Street near Vegas Avenue. 6:32 p.m.
Drunk driving. A 21-year-old Newark man was arrested for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. Great Mall Parkway near South Main Street. 10:15 p.m.

Under the influence. A 26-year-old San Jose woman was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance. South Abbott Avenue and West Calaveras Boulevard. 12:58 a.m.
Under the influence. A 41-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance. Coelho Court and Coelho Street. 9:11 a.m.
Outstanding warrants. A 50-year-old male transient with four outstanding warrants was arrested for possessing and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Polaris Court and Fallen Leaf Drive. 11:28 a.m.
