Saturday, Oct. 8
Driving under the influence. A 20-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for a DUI on South Park Victoria Drive near Yosemite Drive. 1:47 a.m.
Domestic violence. A 29-year-old Milpitas man was arrested at an apartment unit on East Capitol Avenue near Montague Expressway. 2:31 a.m.
Outstanding warrant. A male transient, age 49, was taken into custody on a parole violation. South Main Street and Corning Avenue. 9:11 p.m.
Driving under the influence. A 23-year-old Santa Clara man was arrested for a DUI on Montague Expressway near Montague Court. He had a prior DUI on Aug. 20, 2011. 10:37 p.m.
Sunday, Oct. 9
Public intoxication. A 51-year-old San Jose woman was arrested for being drunk in public. West Calaveras Boulevard and Butler Street. 1:36 a.m.
Domestic violence. A 33-year-old Milpitas man was arrested at a residence on Canton Drive near Roswell Drive. 7:32 a.m.
Outstanding warrant. A 48-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for a non-injury vehicle hit-and-run. Serenity Place near Curtis Avenue. 7:20 p.m.
Trespassing. A 52-year-old San Jose man was arrested for trespassing. East Calaveras Boulevard and North Hillview Drive. 10:56 p.m.
Concealed dagger and drugs. A 30-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for possession of a concealed dirk dagger knife, meth smoking pipe and stimulant drugs. Firethorn Street and North Milpitas Boulevard. 1:32 p.m.
Monday, Oct. 10
Outstanding warrants. A 48-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on three outstanding warrants: possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Monmouth and Edsel drives. 2:47 p.m.
Under the influence. A 27-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance. Greentree Way and Fallen Leaf Drive. 8:22 a.m.
Trespassing. A 51-year-old Fremont man was arrested for trespassing. Roswell and Canton drives. 8:59 a.m.
Outstanding warrant. A 25-year-old Fresno woman was arrested on a previously unresolved charge of prostitution. East Calaveras Boulevard and South Park Victoria Drive. 10:57 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 11
Theft. A male transient, age 44, was arrested on a charge of petty theft with a prior. Great Mall Drive and Great Mall Parkway. 5:01 p.m.
