Monday, September 26

Driving under the influence. A 42-year-old Milpitas man was arrested at Rose Drive and Arizona Avenue. 11:19 p.m. Charges include: one DUI with no priors, driving with a suspended or revoked license, not stopping immediately after damaging property, fleeing in a vehicle recklessly to avoid a police officer and resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer.

Growing marijuana. A 45-year-old Milpitas man and a 47-year-old San Jose man were arrested for cultivating pot. Braly and Gadsen avenues. 1:52 p.m.

Outstanding warrant. A Milpitas man was arrested for a previous unresolved charge of disturbing the peace. North Main and Weller streets. 6:12 a.m.

Driving under the influence. A 27-year-old Pomona man was arrested for a DUI (with one prior from 2008) and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Alder Drive and McCarthy Blvd. 2:33 a.m.

Sunday, September 25

Outstanding warrants. A 31-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for two previously unresolved charges–for battery against one of the following: "a peace officer, custodial officer, firefighter, emergency medical technician, lifeguard, process server, traffic officer, code enforcement officer, or animal control officer engaged in the performance of his or her duties." The other for delaying, resisting or obstructing a police officer or emergency medical technician. North Abbott and Redwood avenues. 7:45 p.m. 

Domestic violence without injury. A 40-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested at her residence near Clauser Drive and Escuela Parkway. 10:23 a.m.

Saturday, September 24

Public intoxication. A 20-year-old San Jose woman and a 19-year-old Daly City man were arrested for being drunk in public. Cypress and Bellew drives. 3:05 a.m.

Friday, September 23

Hit-and-run. A 22-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested for injuring someone other than herself and not stopping immediately. North Park Victoria and Park Hill drives. 7:25 p.m.

Public intoxication. A 46-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for being drunk in public. Madlen Drive and Russell Lane. 3:04 p.m.

Under the influence of a controlled substance. A 23-year-old Oregon woman was arrested near South Main Street and Great Mall Parkway. 5:16 a.m.

Domestic violence. A 21-year-old Milpitas was arrested at her residence near Greentree Way and Fallen Leaf Drive. 9:09 a.m.

Driving under the influence. A 20-year-old San Jose man was arrested near Alder Drive and Barber Lane. 3:10 a.m. He had no prior DUIs.

Outstanding warrant. A 49-year-old San Jose man was arrested for two previously unresolved charges of domestic violence without injury. South Abbott and West Calaveras Boulevard. 5:18 p.m.

Drug-related charges. A 50-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested for possession and transportation of (a) controlled substance(s) for sale as well as being under the influence of a controlled substance. Dixon Landing Road and Milmont Drive. 10:30 p.m.
