Burglars Arrested for Variety of Crimes on Los Coches

Milpitas Police arrest two men for a host of problems.

Milpitas Police arrested two men Saturday evening for burglary, possession of narcotics, conspiracy, possession of burglary tools, prowling, outstanding arrest warrants and being under the influence of a controlled substance on the 300 block of Los Coches Street.

Vincent Tschinart, 49, of San Jose, and Clinton Benson, 33, a transient, were booked into Santa Clara County Jail after officers responded to a burglar alarm at a Los Coches Street business.

Officers arrived to find Tschirhart hiding inside the fenced area of the business, according to police reports. As officers entered the yard they noticed Benson hiding there too. He also was arrested without a problem, according to reports.

Police found burglary tools and suspected methamphetamine on both suspects. Both men appeared to be under the influence of a stimulant, had outstanding felony arrest warrants and were wanted as parolees at large, according to police reports.
