Two men found with pipe wrenches, hack saw and more.

Milpitas police arrested two men for burglary after responding to a security alarm on the 300 block of Los Coches Street on July 29.

Officers responded to the alarm about 8:34 p.m. and surrounded the business. They saw suspect Kevin Hawkins, 32, of San Jose leaving through a hole in the fence and arrested him, according to police reports.
