Milpitas Police arrested four San Jose men for prowling on the 500 block of Printy Avenue about 7:48 a.m. Tuesday.
Police responded after a resident called to report seeing three men jump the fence of a nearby home. The caller gave a description of the men and said he did not see them leave the house, according to reports.
Police arrived at 7:53 a.m. and set up around the neighborhood to make sure the suspects could not leave, according to reports. Officers in unmarked cars searched the neighborhood. They saw three men enter a brown, 1999 GMC Suburban being driven by a fourth man. Police stopped the car for investigation, according to reports.
All four men were arrested and taken to Milpitas Police Departments, according to reports.
Nabil Melo Merestani, 18, and Nelson Hassan Merestani, 21, both of San Jose, were booked into Santa Clara County Jail for prowling. The 17-year old, also from San Jose, was booked into Santa Clara County Juvenile Hall for prowling. The 22-year old, also of San Jose, was released.
