Milpitas Bank Robbery Suspect Arrested
The man is accused of robbing the same Milpitas bank twice.
The Novato Police Department has arrested a 25-year-old man accused of two bank robberies in Milpitas and two in Lake County.
Joshua Metoxen was arrested and charged in connection with the robbery of the US Bank in the 1500 block of Landess Avenue. Metoxen is accused of robbing the same bank twice—on march 5 and March 20. In each case he gave a teller a note demanding money, then fled on foot after getting the loot.

No one was injured in either robbery.
Metoxen was arrested on March 28. The Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office has the case to proceed with prosecution.
