Milpitas Man Arrested for Fight with Knife
Joshua Andres, 20, is arrested for assault with a deadly weapon after a fight on Calle Oriente Saturday.
Joshua June Bince Andres, a Milpitas resident, was arrested after stabbing another individual in a fight with a knife early Saturday morning around 12:30 a.m., according to police.
The fight on the 1300-block on Calle Oriente involved one other individual. The victim was treated and released from the hospital for a non-life threatening injury.
Andres was taken into custody without incident at his home in Milpitas. He is currently being held in the Santa Clara County Main Jail south on a $30,000 bail.
