Milpitas Police arrested a masseuse and business owner on Wednesday for allegedly sexually assaulting an 11-year old girl.
Ke Neng "Jimmy" Yang, 44, of San Jose, was arrested Wednesday after he came to Milpitas Police Department. He is owner and masseuse at Happy 8 Health Center, where the attack allegedly occurred in August 2011, according to police reports. The girl was a client receiving a massage.
Milpitas Police detectives finished their investigation of the case in February before submitting it to Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office. The District Attorney's Office then filed a complaint against Yang for committing lewed and lascivious acts with a child and issued a warrant for his arrest, according to police reports.
