Milpitas Police Looking For More Information On Stolen Car Suspects

A stolen vehicle from San Jose was found in the parking lot of Kentucky Fried Chicken on Feb. 22 at 10:21 a.m.

Milpitas Police are looking for more information on two suspects who stole a vehicle that was located in the parking lot of Kentucky Fried Chicken. 

On February 22 at 10:21 a.m., a Milpitas Police Officer saw two people driving in a 1999 Honda Civic and park in the parking lot of Kentucky Fried Chicken at 73 S. Main Street, according to Milpitas Police Sgt. John Torrez. 

The two occupants left the vehicle and walked into the nearby business. The officer did a random check on the vehicle’s license plate and found the license plate had been reported stolen earlier the same morning.

The officer detained both occupants and further investigation led to the discovery that the vehicle was stolen from San Jose. 

The officers found that the first suspect, a 17-year-old male juvenile, was in possession of ecstasy pills and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested

The second suspect, Roy Alexander Spotwood, 18, from San Jose, was arrested for auto theft, possession of stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of burglary tools. He was booked at the Santa Clara County Main Jail.
