Milpitas Police Seek Info on Two Suspects Arrested For Drug Possession

Police arrested Michael Gomez, 46, and Lena Rocha, 34, at Executive Inn last Tuesday, Feb. 26

Milpitas Police arrested two San Jose residents last week at a Milpitas motel for drug possession, including over an ounce of heroine and and an ounce of methamphetamine.

Last Tuesday, February 26 at about 10:18 a.m., a plainclothes Milpitas Police detective saw a woman running from the parking lot of the Executive Inn, located at 95 Dempsey Rd., according to Milpitas Police Sgt. Frank Morales.

The detective observed a man later identified as San Jose resident Richard Michael Gomez, 46, in the parking lot acting suspiciously. He appeared to be looking for the woman, who the detective contacted and learned she was a parolee at large.

As officers approached Gomez, he fled on foot and was apprehended after a short foot pursuit that led into a neighboring business. 

During the course of the investigation, detectives located over an ounce of heroin, over an ounce of methamphetamine, marijuana cigarettes dipped in PCP and several syringes belonging to Gomez, who was identified as San Jose resident Richard Gomez.

The female suspect was identified as San Jose resident Lena Rocha, 34. Gomez was arrested for possessing heroin, methamphetamine, and PCP for sale, providing false identification and resisting arrest.

Rocha was arrested and booked at the Santa Clara County Main Jail for being a parolee at large and under the influence of narcotics.
