Police Searching For Man Who Robbed Milpitas Bank

A man robbed Chase Bank on Saturday, March 9 at 1:59 p.m.

Milpitas Police are searching for a suspect who robbed Chase Bank on Saturday, March 9.

At about 1:59 p.m., a bank robbery occurred at the Chase Bank on 37 N. Milpitas Blvd.

The suspect entered the bank, approached the counter and gave the bank teller a demand note, according to Milpitas Police Sergeant Waqar Qureshi. The suspect indicated he wanted money and had a gun.

The teller handed over cash and the suspect fled the area, according to Sergeant Qureshi. The suspect is described as a white male adult in his mid 40s. He was seen wearing a black SF Giants baseball hat, grey jacket, blue shirt, blue jeans and white shoes.

Milpitas Police are asking anyone who can identify the suspect or possesses any information regarding this investigation to call the Milpitas Police Department at (408) 586-2400.
