• Jesus Ruiz, 23, of Gilroy, July 7, 11:20 p.m., at 10475 New in Gilroy, for misdemeanor assault and battery and resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer. Bail set at $6,000.
• Jordan Miller, 18, of Sunnyvale, May 28, 3 p.m., at 10123 No. Wolfe Rd. in Cupertino, for misdemeanor assault and battery.

Vehicle Code Violations

• Martin Ramos, 67, a transient, July 8, 2 a.m., at Kirby and Monterey in Morgan Hill, for misdemeanor driving with a suspended license.
• Shannon Conger, 67, of San Jose, June 27, 2 p.m., at Highway 17 and Bear Creek Road in Los Gatos, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked, and citations for making an unsafe turn, having expired registration, for carrying aggregate material outside of the vehicle's cargo area and presenting registration for wrong vehicle.
• Carlos Cota, 49, of San Jose, June 28, 4:06 p.m., at De Anza Boulevard and Highway 280 in Cupertino, for misdemeanor suspended license, driving with privileges suspended o revoked and disobeying sign.
• Joshua Alfaro, 31, of San Fernando, June 28, 8:30 p.m., at Saratoga and Westview avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and suspended license.
• Chad Heskett, 26, of Campbell, June 29, 10:47 p.m., at Quito Road and Cox Avenue in Saratoga, for having an expired registration and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.

Parole Hold

• Michael Bell, 31, of San Jose, July 8, 9:20 a.m., at Monterey and Hewson in Gilroy, for felony parole hold.
• Alejandro Trenado, 27, of Soledad, July 8, 4 p.m., at 17555 Condit Road and E. Main Street in Morgan Hill for felony parole hold and misdemeanor challenge/fight in public place and resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer.

DUI

• Marcelino Lopez, 38, of Gilroy, July 8, 10:42 p.m., at Church and First streets in Gilroy, for misdemeanor driving while unlicensed, false name to peace officer, driving with a blood alcohol level higher than 0.08 percent and driving under the influence. Bail set at $11,000.
• Samantha Rose, 25, of Sunnyvale, July 9, 1 p.m., at 1335 Bascom Ave. in San Jose, for misdemeanor driving under the influence and possession of an open container while driving. Bail set at $25,000
• Dawn Breyer, 47, of Gilroy, July 9, 1:50 p.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for misdemeanor giving false report to police officer, hit-and-run and driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher.

Possession

• Darrell Lawson, 47, of Campbell, July 7, 10:28 a.m., at 1240 Camden Ave. No. 117 in Campbell, for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance and possesion of controlled substance. Bail set at $25,000.
• Gregory Guss, 46, of Campbell, July 9, 8 a.m., at 170 W. San Carlos St. and Convention Center in San Jose, for felony possession of controlled substance. Bail set at $20,000.
• James Galtman, 24, of Gilroy, July 9, 10:30 p.m., at Saratoga Sunnyvale Road and Big Basin Way in Saratoga, for felony rearrest for probation violation and felony possession of controlled substance.
• Lavonne Panzenhagen, 49, of Gilroy, July 9, 11:40 p.m., at 1st Street and Wren Avenue in Gilroy, for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail set at $5,000.

Under the Influence

• Rafael Haro, 46, no place of residence given, July 9, 2:06 p.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for misdemeanor driving under the influence.

Trespassing

• Carolyn Carlsonlyle, 52, a transient, July 9, 4:45 p.m., at 773 Union Ave. in Campbell, for misdemeanor trespassing and resisting arrest. Bail set at $1,000.

Domestic Violence

• Jesus Rivera, 27, of Gilroy, July 9, 8:15 p.m., at 1375 Ruckon and Centon in Gilroy, for felony inflict corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant.
