Teen Robbery Suspects Arrested
A Craigslist meetup to sell marijuana turns into a robbery as two Milpitas teens are suspected of taking the seller's wallet and pot at gunpoint.
A Craigslist meetup to sell marijuana in Milpitas turned dangerous last Sunday and resulted in the arrest of two teen suspects.
A Sunnyvale man, the seller, reported to police that the teens had taken his wallet and pot by gunpoint and then fled on foot.
They had arranged to meet him near Columbus and Madalen drives by the Russell Middle School field.

An investigation by police led to the arrest of the two youth on Monday, a day after the incident. Gerome Rogers, 19, and the other teen suspect, 17, both Milpitas residents, were detained in separate locations and later positively identified by the victim.
The 17-year-old suspect is reported by the victim to have pointed the gun. The identity of the juvenile is being withheld because he is a minor. He was booked into Santa Clara County Juvenile Hall.
