Spend a long lunch break today watching cyclists roll up Piedmont Road and onto Calaveras Road as the Tour of California travels through Milpitas on its way from San Jose to Livermore.
The stage starts about 11:45 a.m. Milpitas Police will close the route to cars at 10:45 a.m. This includes Piedmont Road between Landess Avenue and Calaveras Road, and Calaveras Road east to the city limits.
All side streets intersecting with Piedmont Road and Calaveras Road along the race course will be inaccessable.
