Padilla was committed to the CDCR on April 15 and was scheduled to be paroled in December of 2015. He was convicted of making terrorist threats, causing corporal injury to a spouse and stalking. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair and a medium complexion.
