The City of Milpitas Library Advisory Board meets at 7pm in the Library Conference Room on the second or third Monday of the months of January, March, May, July, September and November.The Library Advisory Commission makes recommendations to the City Council on matters pertaining to the operation of library services and facilities in Milpitas.
