Just curious on what it is going to take to get our City Council to realize that the problem is at the top. We have lost three of our directors due to his aggressive management style. Greg was a excellent director and I admired him for his intelligence and work ethics. Medical leave not a chance. The last director that left due to "medical leave" was seen by myself walking into CalPers to I assume put in her retirement papers. Lets fix the problem by replacing this "My way or the Highway" City Manager with someone that does not lead it's employees with threats and aggressive behavior.
