Astronaut Who Tweeted Golden Gate Pic Snaps Milpitas Outskirts from Space

Astronaut Chris Hadfield tweeted a photo of the Golden Gate in January, and he tweeted one on Sunday that shows part of the South Bay area.

The Canadian astronaut who tweeted a photo of the Golden Gate from space in January is still snapping away, and on Sunday he tweeted a photo that appears to include the outskirts of Milpitas.

"San Francisco, home of the @49ers - good luck in the game today!" Astronaut Chris Hadfield tweeted Sunday before the Super Bowl. He also tweeted a photo of Baltimore by Commander Kevin Ford and wished the Ravens luck as well.

According to the Canadian Space Agency, Hadfield launched aboard a Soyuz spacecraft on Dec. 19 for his ride to the Space Station.
