Beginning Puppy Training

This class is offered at two times on Saturday. Choose from 1pm-2pm or 2pm-3pm.

The first 18 weeks of your puppy's life lays the foundation for future behavior. Beginning Puppy Training class provides your puppy the chance to interact with others to learn good social skills and to control the force of their bite.

Basic training includes:

  • Sit and down
  • Stay and settle
  • Come
  • Leave it
  • Leash manners

Housetraining and negative behaviors such as chewing and biting are covered.  

Beginning Puppy Training is five weeks long, with about 50 minutes in each session. Bring your puppy (8-18 weeks old) to each session and feel free to bring the whole family.

Requirements: Puppy must be 10 days past initial vaccination for DHPP on the first day of class.  You will be required to provide proof of vaccination. Click here to review group dog class rules and policies.

The one-time class fee of $165 covers all 5 classes. Included is a free copy of Teoti Anderson’s book, “Your Outta Control Puppy.”
