On November 30th the Small Business Development Center of Silicon Valley is offering a seminar entitled Easy Customer Management Using Outlook, at the San Jose Entrepreneur Center. This class shows you how to use the popular Personal Information Manager Microsoft Outlook to effectively manage your business contacts.  This class teaches you simple but effective contact management techniques using Outlook.
