Photos: New Faces at Rose Elementary
With schools back in session today, we caught up with some of the newest students at Rose this morning. Here are their photos.
Kids and parents had an exciting day Monday morning with the first day of school. This year, about 75 kindergartners are enrolled at Rose Elementary, according to Principal Nanci Pass. That means there is an overflow class in addition to two kindergarten classrooms.
The first day of classes for meant nearly 10,000 students went back to school. There are nine elementary schools, two middle schools, one continuation high school and one comprehensive high school.
