Soccer Sign-Up - Milpitas Youth Soccer Club

MYSC is now conducting sign-ups for Fall 2012
soccer. Soccer play will begin Aug 25th and continue thru Nov 17st.

Bring the following to one of the
remaining registration dates:

  - Poof of age: photocopy of birth certificate, passport, or     green card
  - Photo: 1 x 1 full face photo

  - Payment: check or cash
