Photo of the Day: Football Clinic
Three-day football mini-clinic started at the Milpitas Sports Center field on Tuesday–one more coming on July 19.
Parents enrolled their young boys in the three-day mini football clinic yesterday. Open to ages 6-14, they were future players that starting young could have a chance at playing college football and in the NFL.
On the sidelines, parent Geraldine Campos and her husband watched their six-year-old son Justin Barillas practicing drills. She used to be a cheerleader with the Milpitas Knights. He said football was a "big thing with the family, so we just wanted to try it out."
