Chili Palace prides itself on authentic Chinese cuisine from Hunan and Szechuan providences. Mr. Qi is the owner and chef who brings his expertise from China to Milpitas. Red peppers and Szechuan peppercorn characterize many of the dishes, including the fried chicken wings, served on a bed of red chili peppers.
