Friendly Village of Milpitas

<p>Nearly 200 mobile homes comprise this village-like setting. The houses are owner-occupied, but the space is rented from a management company that keeps the shared facilities spic and span.  </p> <p>Social gatherings such as Christmas dinner are held at the clubhouse, a central building with a kitchen, fireplace and billiard table. Residents can also reserve this facility for personal use, like birthday parties.</p> <p>A swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and playground are available for daily use.  The laundry building has eight coin-operated washers and dryers.  RVs and boats can be stored for $50 per month. Security guards patrol the mobile-home park at night.</p> <p>Children attend nearby schools: Palmeroy Elementary, Russell Middle and Milpitas High. </p> <p>Friendly Haircuts is also located here and offers the cheapest cuts in town. Stylist Katie Phan charges $5.99 for a men's cut and starts at $7 for women's. </p>
