It's hard to find decent American fare in Milpitas--especially a steakhouse that's open late. Despite its Australian theme, Outback delivers tasty domestic classics like prime rib and New York strips as well as more unique wasabi-vinaigrette salads and chicken quesadillas. Don't forget the chain's signature "Aussie-tizer," the Bloomin' Onion--a breaded, deep-fried onion with spicy dipping sauce that could feed the population of Melbourne (or a hungry foursome of Saturday-night moviegoers).
