Terrace Gardens Senior Housing
<p>Built in 1989, Terrace Gardens is a congregate care and assisted living community that serves low-income seniors who qualify for Section 8. There are about 150 units, and 15 for seniors with disabilities. Seniors 62 and up live in apartment-style units with meal plans. Several activities are planned each week, including bingo on Tuesday afternoons. A hair stylist comes on Thursdays and Fridays. The board of directors meets every other month.</p> <p>Shopping centers Town Center and Beresford Square are located with walking distance. This facility is managed by the <a href="http://www.jsco.net/management/senior.html">John Stewart Company</a>.</p>
