ICC Table Tennis Center

With 300 members, half of them kids, the India Community Center's Table Tennis Center is the largest indoor facilityMore of its kind in northern California. Twenty-five players here are ranked nationally, mostly youth and young adults who receive training from six full-time instructors on visas from China and India.</p> <p>If you're not a member of the Indian Community Center, the drop in rate is $7 per day.  Or a ten-day pass is available for $60. </p> <p>For $500 a month ($550 for non-members), the Talented Kids Program will equip your little one with rackets and supplies, and enroll them in a combination of 16-week camps, private lessons and group classes. Children as young as five can join.</p> <p>The Table Tennis Center is a separate stand-alone facility in another location and has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The main room holds 18 to 23 tables, depending on the need. </p>

For an exciting training center focused on intensive training in the art of table tennis, look no further than theMore Ping Pong Dojo. With over eight tables with a two-tone paint scheme for easy visibility and three robotic ping pong trainers, this facility is well equipped for novices and seasoned veterans alike. Fees vary by skill level and tournament registration, and there are affordable session-by-session lessons for casual players. Classes and tournaments are offered for all ages and all levels.
Tom Evatt Park

Tom Evatt Park is not your normal park. This long and narrow park is divided into two parts by Abel Street. In the westMore end of the park, you can take a stroll or bike ride down the path, stopping along the way for a friendly game at one of the many chess boards at the picnic tables. At the end of the pathway, there is plenty more fun to be had. A basketball court and tennis court are bookends to the futuristic play structure in the playground area. With a battle command chair, climbing walls, a zig-zag slide and plenty more, this jungle gym is sure to get the imagination going. The east end of the park boasts a few chess/picnic tables, grills and a scenic landscape.

Parents canMore squeeze in a few matches of tennis at the courts or read a few chapters of their new novel while the kids play to their heart's desire. The park's close location to Abbott Road makes it easily accesible. Hall Memorial Park also offers plenty of picnic tables and barbecue pits.
India Community Center

Located on Los Coches Street, the 40,000-square foot India Community Center is one of the largest Indian-AmericanMore community centers serving the San Francisco Bay Area.  It also has the largest table tennis center in northern California.</p> <p>ICC offers over 120 programs for the community including: Bollywood dance, Hindi and other language classes, GMAT, karaoke, singing and instrumental, Parent & Me, free legal, medical, and career clinics, senior programs, camp, carrom (a board game), cooking, and much, much more.   It also has a membership-based fitness center with exercise equipment and classes such as yoga. </p> <p>The medical clinic is open to patients without Medi-Cal, Medicare, or private insurance. The physicians do not diagnose or prescribe, but provide preliminary care.</p> <p>The parking lot is home to a year-round farmers market on Sunday mornings from 8am - 1pm.</p>
