Move over, Frappuccino, this unique coffee shop offers two signature drinks--cold mocha java and coffee jelly…More delight. The brainchild of owners D.D. Peña and Karen Recinto, Coffee Adventure offers its customers hand-crafted allure, from the pastries down to the elegant decor. Homegrown musicians perform here, making the coffee shop a cozy hang-out. Twenty seats, including some sofa chairs, fill the room, with two tables on the sidewalk.</p> <p>Peña once had a coffee franchise in the Philippines, and today he imports beans from the mountains of his home country. You'll also find adobo (pork cooked in soy sauce and vinegar) served panini-style with Filipino bread (pan de sal). </p> <p>The Coffee Adventure Co. opened in May 2010 in the Season's Marketplace at Landess, next to the Seafood City supermarket.</p>
